Using MyVarta

Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your workspace, the activity of the team members you invite, and keeping login credentials secure.
Acceptable use
You may not use MyVarta to send unsolicited messages, unlawful content, or messages that breach WhatsApp's own business and messaging policies. Consent for messaging your contacts is your responsibility.
Third-party services
MyVarta works alongside WhatsApp and other services you connect. Their availability, policies, and charges are governed by those providers, not by MyVarta.
Fees
Subscription fees, billing cycles, and included usage are set out in your plan. Messaging charges levied by Meta are separate from MyVarta subscription fees.
Service availability
We work to keep the platform available and secure, but the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access where these terms or applicable messaging policies are breached.
